Inter Miami’s squad is the deepest and best MLS has arguably ever seen, with Luis Suarez one of the shining stars in the roster.
The Uruguay soccer legend signed for the Herons at the start of the year to reunite with former FC Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba, with Suarez since taking MLS by storm.
20 goals in all competitions and breaking Inter Miami records has established Suarez as one of the best strikers in the league and a real outlet in the attack for the Florida franchise, with the 37-year-old showing his quality in a big way.
And Inter Miami youngster Ian Fray has revealed what it’s like actually playing with Suarez.

Inter Miami’s Ian Fray in awe of ‘amazing’ Suarez performances
Speaking to the press after Inter Miami’s 4-1 win against the Chicago Fire last night, the right-back revealed how ‘amazing’ it is to play with Suarez, with the scoring a brace having already bagged two the weekend before.
With Messi out injured, Suarez has taken on the mantle as Inter Miami’s main goalscorer with incredible results, with the former Liverpool man making MLS opponents look ridiculous in some games this season.
And for young players like Fray, having the opportunity to play with a great like Suarez is rightly being seen as an honor, with the defender seemingly in awe with what he’s seen from his attacking teammate in recent games.
Fray said when asked about Suarez’s performance and what it’s like to play with the striker: “He’s been doing it his whole career. Nothing’s changed. It’s just amazing to be on the field with these types of guys and have them there. It’s just a boost of confidence for everybody.”

Suarez will lead the Herons to MLS Cup glory this year
Inter Miami’s sole goal this year is to win MLS Cup once the regular season is done and dusted, and Suarez will be as key as anyone in the Herons’ squad in their bid to win the biggest prize in American soccer.
With Messi returning soon for Inter Miami, Suarez will soon have his old attacking partner back alongside him as the pair look to win yet even more silverware together, this time for the Florida franchise under Tata Martino.
And with Suarez the in-form striker in MLS, the center-forward will want to lead Inter Miami to MLS Cup glory this year, with success likely if the Uruguay international can stay fit in the coming weeks heading into the play-offs.
