Inter Miami have been linked with a number of superstar players in the last 12 months, and Sergio Ramos has been mentioned more than a handful of times.
The legendary Spanish defender is currently a free-agent having left Sevilla at the end of last season, with Ramos rumored with a move to Inter Miami to reunite with former PSG teammate Lionel Messi.
With incoming MLS franchise San Diego FC also interested in signing Ramos, the race to bring in the former Real Madrid superstar is a tight one, with clubs from Europe and Saudi Arabia also eyeing the veteran center-back.
And it appears that Ramos has now decided which team he is going to join.

Ramos to snub Inter Miami for Al-Orobah move
According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Ramos has agreed to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Orobah, with Inter Miami missing out on the chance to bring in another huge name in soccer.
Tavolieri posted on Twitter: “Done deal. Sergio Ramos signs for Al-Orobah in Saudi Arabia! Been told agreement have been found between the Spanish and the Saudi Pro League club.”
With Inter Miami signing a new defender in David Martinez and having limited cap space to sign a player as well-known as Ramos, it makes sense why the Herons have ultimately missed out on a deal for the former Spanish international.
Yet the defender heading to Saudi Arabia over another MLS club will come across as disappointing for a number of soccer fans, especially with Ramos seemingly built for a move to America.

Inter Miami need to target a big-name defender in January
Inter Miami’s defense has improved a lot this summer with the arrival of Martinez and the change to a three-at-the-back system, yet a big-name player to add to the ranks could be on the agenda in January.
As we know, Inter Miami have all the firepower in the world in Messi, Luis Suarez and Diego Gomez, with Robert Taylor, Julian Gressel and Leonardo Campana also excellent options for the attack.
Yet heading into the January transfer window, Inter Miami would benefit from bringing in a world-class defender who could raise the profile of the club but also shore up things at the back, having now missed out on Ramos.
