David Beckham’s Inter Miami side have certainly not been shrinking violets when it comes to tempting some of the biggest names in world football to the MLS.
In the past year, the Herons’ have signed none other than Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, and Luis Suarez.
The four superstar signings have made a huge impact on and off the field for Inter Miami since their arrival and helped the club to achieve a record-breaking regular-season points haul (74) as they powered their way to lifting the Supporters’ Shield.
Inter Miami have not been shy in signing former Barcelona stars, and so far it seems to have worked pretty well. So, could there be room for one more?

Neymar’s injury issues at Al-Hilal could open door for Inter Miami move
According to reports from UOL, Saudi giants Al-Hilal may be looking to terminate the contract of Brazilian star Neymar, which could open the door for a move to Florida.
The Al-Hilal forward recently purchased a $26m property in Florida, with the news breaking shortly after reports emerged that Inter Miami had come forward with an offer to sign Neymar at the start of 2025.
The now 32-year-old Neymar, shocked the world when he completed a move to one of Saudi Arabia’s richest and most successful clubs in Al-Hilal in 2023, but his time has been plagued by injury.
Neymar played just five games for his new club before rupturing his ACL in October last year and limped off again after playing less than 30 minutes in his comeback against Iranian side Esteghlal F.C. in the AFC Champions League at the start of November.
With reports growing that Al-Hilal could cut ties with Neymar, a move to Florida may well be a viable option for the Brazilian.
Neymar has long spoken about how he would love to play with Lionel Messi again before the end of his career, and a stint in the MLS could provide the perfect platform to get the band back together.
The issue that Inter Miami faces is that they have already filled their quota of designated players ahead of next season’s MLS.
This however, does not mean that a deal is off the cards but certainly makes the signing much harder for David Beckham and the Inter Miami hierarchy.
Inter Miami could recreate iconic Messi, Suarez and Neymar frontline
The MSN (Messi, Suarez, Neymar) era, as it is affectionately known, helped take Barcelona to unimaginable levels from 2014-2017.
Across just three seasons, the trio combined for a staggering 363 goals, with all of them scoring more than 20 goals per season.
From 2014-2017 Barcelona won two La Liga titles, three Copa del Rey’s, one Super Copa de Espana, one UEFA Champions League, one UEFA Super Cup and one FIFA Club World Cup.
Sadly, the lethal strike force was finally broken up when Paris Saint-Germain signed Neymar for a world record fee of £198 million.
During the time that MSN played together, Barcelona won 77% of their games across all competitions.
Inter Miami fans will be hoping that Neymar will be playing his football at the Chase Stadium ahead of the 2025 MLS season.
