Inter Miami have this week announced their second signing of the January transfer window with the arrival of Tadeo Allende from Celta Vigo.
The Chase Stadium side have sprung into life in the market with Allende joining Inter Miami on loan for the year, with the Argentine winger linking up with Fafa Picault in signing for the Herons, with Javier Mascherano’s side starting to look more impressive by the day.
Another player who could soon sign for Inter Miami is Venezuelan international Telasco Segovia, with the reigning Supporters’ Shield champions reaching a $2.5m agreement with Casa Pia to bring the midfielder to MLS.
And Inter Miami’s capture of Segovia could be announced in the coming days.

Segovia to land in Florida today ahead of signing for Inter Miami
According to journalist Carlos Suarez, Segovia will arrive in Miami today to have medical tests with the Herons and to sign his contract with the Florida franchise, with the midfielder expected to train on Friday and potentially feature in Mascherano’s first pre-season game against Club America.
Suarez wrote: “Venezuelan Telasco Segovia arrives in Miami today. Tomorrow he will undergo medical examinations, sign his contract and be announced by Inter Miami. He will take part in Friday training and the possible trip to Las Vegas for the friendly against America de Mexico.”
With Gonzalo Lujan also set to join Inter Miami and Maximiliano Falcon closing in on a move to the Herons, Mascherano could have as many as five new signings to try out later this week when facing off against America in Las Vegas.
And in Segovia, Inter Miami will have an important void filled in central midfield after the departure of Diego Gomez, who officially joined Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion this January in a club-record transfer.

Who else could Inter Miami sign this January?
The wheels are turning in Inter Miami’s front office this January at long last, with the Herons getting a number of exciting transfers through the door after a heavy start to the month that saw a number of key players from last season leave.
And the Herons are seemingly marching on with making more additions, with Inter Miami interested in signing Rocco Rios Novo as cover for Drake Callender as Mascherano looks to bolster his goalkeeping options.
With Inter Miami also having an offer rejected for Nahuel Ferraresi by Sao Paulo, more defensive additions could be made before the start of the 2025 MLS season, something every supporter would love to see heading into the new campaign.
