Javier Mascherano has started to make his mark on the Inter Miami squad as several new faces have been welcomed in recent weeks.
Inter Miami has welcomed many attacking talents including a loan deal for Tadeo Allende and Fafa Picault.
The Heron’s announced the signing of midfielder Telasco Segovia recently and Mascherano will be hoping to get his new stars bedded in during the pre-season.
Inter Miami faces a tough opening day test against New York City FC when the MLS returns and with Lionel Messi’s future still uncertain there will be some concerns.
One thing fans and those around the club will be less worried about is the goalkeeping situation at the club. Inter Miami welcomed back former keeper Oscar Ustari and has now completed a loan deal for Rocco Rios Novo.

Inter Miami now have three goalkeepers going into their 2025 MLS season.
Drake Callender, who will miss Mascherano’s first Inter Miami game, is the current no.1 and Oscar Ustari played his backup last season.
Rios Novo will be looking to challenge both of the Herons keepers for the number one spot as he looks to impress under new manager Mascherano.
